The following are some of the most frequently asked questions from customers:
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept PayPal, VISA and MASTERCARD.
Q. If we wish to pay with cash, can we do that?
A. You may attend our office in Seminyak during our office hours to pick up or drop off equipment (times outside office hours can be arranged) to view our range of equipment, and rent any equipment which is not already subject to pre-booking and pay with cash. To pre-book equipment however, bookings must be done via our website, or paid in advance.
Q. Are there any bank or hidden fees that we must pay?
A. Our equipment rental prices through the website include the cost of these fees.
Q. What exchange rates do you use?
A. If we are quoting you in IDR for one of our other services and then send you a payment request in AUD, we use the Commonwealth Bank foreign exchange rates, which can be seen here and we calculate based on the time we provide the money request and we also include the cc fee that we are charged by PayPal.
Q. What if we cancel our trip, can we get a refund?
A. As long as you give us 48 hours notice of cancellation, we will return your hire fees to you in full. For cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, we may charge a $30 cancellation fee before returning the balance of your hire funds, plus deposit.
Q. Can we pickup our equipment at the airport upon arrival?
A. Unfortunately the answer is no. We tried this a few times early days and it always ended up in chaos and confusion. You are welcome to drop into our office in Seminyak during our office hours to pick up or drop off equipment – times outside office hours can be arranged.
Q. If the equipment is already broken when it arrives, what do we do and how to we ensure we are not charged for this?
A. Our equipment is checked before we deliver. If there a problem, please contact us and we will arrange to replace or exchange and faulty equipment. You deposit will not be deducted for issues notified to us upon your arrival. For other damage upon return, we may deduct the cost of repair or replacement up to or including the full deposit paid.
Q. What is the state of the pavement / side walk’s in Bali ? Should I get a 3 or 4 wheeler pram?
A. If you plan to stay in resorts or shopping centres then either a 3 or a 4 wheeler pram will be file. If you plan on any getting around the streets or out to a forest, beach or off road type scenarios – or if you just want the maximum flexibility for where your pram can travel, we recommend the 3 wheeler / jogger prams as the best option.
Q. If I can’t find what I am looking for on your website, will you help me find it in Bali?
A. By all means let us know if you find our equipment range is lacking something you need while here. While we can not guarantee we will obtain the item for you to hire, in most cases we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q. Do you sell nappies, wipes, or other such items?
A. If you wish to purchase these, contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to either arrange the purchase, or to let you know of your nearest Baby Shop in Bali where you can access this type of thing.
